I was a watching a documentary about France and the pro-Palestinian movement over there. The country of the French Revolution and freedoms oppress their own people using anti-Semitic as pretext. One French political science student was fired from her college after expressing her opinion about certain politics associated with Palestine. Let us not forget what was happening to the French thinker Roger Garaudy standing in front of a French court accused of anti-Semitic.
In Syria, the world was screaming all over the place accusing the regime of blockading this area or besieging that area to prevent food and baby formula from passing. They accused the Syrian regime of applying collective punishment but not much about what is going on in Gaza. An Israeli holocaust is going on in Palestine in front of the world leader's view. And when Palestinians resist, they call them terrorists and accuse them of terrorism.
We aren't even talking about armed struggle, but kids throwing stones on tanks and armed vehicles. In the beginning of the Arab Spring events in Syria in 2011, the regime was accused of arresting teen kids, torture them taking their nails out of their fingers. How many kids and teens were arrested and tortured in Israeli jails and prisons? Why is nobody talking about them? Bashar Al Assad regime was accused of raping female detainees. Now how many Palestinians female detainee were sexually harassed or even raped in Israeli prisons and concentration camps?
And for Idea, the Syrian regime didn't arrest the kids in 2011 because they were writing slogans on the city of Daraa walls. The 16-17 years old teens were arrested because they were throwing Molotov cocktail bombs on the police and security patrols. The slogans were written by adults not teen kids.
End
