The idea of directing people not to vote for a politician based on his ethnic, religion background or skin color is fascist in my opinion. People should vote for someone they believe he could serve. The American society is so divided that Fascism and Nazism slipping within slowly using different term to disguise. American media in NY City was in general against Zohran Mamdani winning the election as mayor just because he was a Muslim. He described himself as a social democrat so they call him a communist. I believe it will be the same if a Democrat party member were elected. The Republican media went crazy. They lost it.
People should have a conscience to resist such ideas, Fascism and Nazism even if it is disguised under glamorous terms. People should resist. I mean imagine the world without the idea of resisting evil. A world without the French, Italian resistance, Winston Churchill or Charles de Gaulle. Imagine the world with the heroic sacrifice of American and Soviet troops, the Nazism will be all over the world. Who will then stop them?
The idea of politically marginalizing certain groups of people is racist in its core. The election of Zohran Mamdani facing a media campaign because he was Muslim and his wife is Syrian is expressing one side of that evil disguised using certain terminology concepts. Donald Trump isn't happy with the results of the NY city mayor election. It was surprising for many people. And what is most surprising is that 30% of NY Jewish vote for Mamdani. Israeli media joined the campaign against Zohran Mamdani by advising NY Jewish to immigrate to Israel. NY Jewish are American citizens voted for someone they believe will work for their best interest as a resident of NY City. They didn't view him as a Muslim but as an American candidate for a public post serving the people of NY.
